Client Experience - Confidential Health Care Company
Before working on this project, our client had an internal website designed for health care providers and their patients to upload various documents and view confidential test results. It was clear that the portal had not been updated in many years (in respect to functionality and visual appearance). In addition, the terminology used throughout was confusing and inconsistent. Many links were non-functional and text design and layout issues were rampant. The immediate goal was to create a site map and wire frame to clear up all navigational issues as well as to refine all text and vocabulary in order to make the portal usable for both the health care providers and their patients. We also added various modules that allowed patients to toggle between their results in different visual forms such as pie charts and bar graphs.
